Conference Presentation

This month, Dr. Pugh traveled to California to speak at the Society for the Study of Occupation: USA's annual conference. This was the third time Dr. Pugh had presented at this conference, and she was excited to share the results of her research with occupational scientists from around the country. Her presentation was titled, 'The Form and Function of Multi-Species Occupations Involving Equines'.

Conference Presentation

Congratulations to Dr. Pugh, who traveled to Vancouver, BC to present her research related to equine-human occupations at the Inaugural World Occupational Science Conference. The conference featured researchers from thirty-seven different countries, and represented the first international gathering of occupational scientists.

The title of Dr. Pugh's paper was, ‘Employing an Action-Orientation to Expand our Understanding of Equine-Human Occupations’.

Following the presentation, her abstract was published in the Journal of Occupational Science: Reference: (2022) Inaugural World Occupational Science Conference.
